Terms of Service

Master Service Agreement
If you have a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) executed with Statics Inc. that conflicts with these Terms of Service, the MSA shall control and supersede any conflicting provisions in these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Use of Service
2.1 Permitted Use
Our Service is intended for your personal and/or business use. You may use our Service only as permitted by law and according to these Terms. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of our company and its licensors.
2.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
- Any action that infringes on the rights of others or restricts their use and enjoyment of the Service
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system or breach security measures
- Reverse engineering or attempting to steal our source code
3. Google API Services Compliance
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We are committed to handling your Google user data responsibly and in compliance with all applicable policies.
4. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription and Billing
By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment will be charged to your designated payment method at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your account settings
- No refunds will be granted for partial subscription periods
- We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of our company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of our company.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to bringing the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
